Leadership & Management 2021
The Leadership & Management course is geared toward public health care professionals, such as persons from the Ministries of Health in the Caribbean, who work in public health laboratories and are seeking to strengthen their skills in leading and managing teams.
Through four lessons (Characteristics of Effective Supervision, Providing Constructive Feedback, Effective Delegation, and Preparation of Workplans) this course provides learners with the knowledge and skills required to support the leadership and management of public health workers.
Public Health Surveillance 2021
The course is designed to acquaint health care professionals with the concept of public health surveillance and its application in varied settings along with the identification of priority public health issues that are essential for the understanding and monitoring the health of the population.
